Dennis Ross
Dennis Ross is one of the great freestyle competitors and footbag makers of his era. He began playing in 1980, was inspired early by his cousin Jim “Toes” Fitzgerald, and became deeply involved in competition after moving into the Eugene, Oregon scene. He won four world titles, three national titles, twenty regional titles, and four state titles, while also co-founding Flying Clipper Alternative Sports and the Free F.L.O.E. Footbag Club. He made more than 10,000 footbags, organized many tournaments and events, and helped shape the performance freestyle culture of the day.
