Rita Buckley

Rita Buckley was one of the first women to take footbag on the road as a national touring player. A pioneer NHSA Tour Team member, she became the first woman to tour nationally for the game and sport and also won major titles, including the first NHSA National Women’s Doubles Net championship in 1981 and both Women’s Doubles Net and Women’s Team Freestyle world titles in 1983.
