Carol Wedemeyer

Carol Wedemeyer was one of the greatest women’s freestyle players in footbag history, and she made nice footbags by hand for the crew. She won seven Women’s Singles Freestyle world championships, including six in a row, and became one of the defining athletes of women’s freestyle in the modern era. She also won a Women’s Doubles Freestyle world title with Lisa Monti and a Mixed Freestyle world title with Eric Wulff. Carol combined technical excellence, competitive consistency, and a strong performance presence that helped set the standard for women’s freestyle at the highest level.
